?2 slices whole grain bread
?1/2 mashed avocado on 1 bread topped with sliced tomatos and poached egg
?1/2 sliced banana on other bread sprinkled with cinnamon
?Fruits e.g. oranges, apples, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries

?4 cups of cake crumbs
?1/4 cups frosting (room temperature)
?1/2 cup of sanding sugar
?8 ounces of candy melts
?Vegetable oil
?16 lollipop sticks
Recipe
?Start by mixing the cake crumps and frosting into a soft dough and molding it into balls.
?Place the balls on lollipop sticks and cover them with colorful sanding sugar.
?Customize them using your favorite cake flavor, frosting and sugar colors.
Vegan brownies
?350 g of sugar
?250 g of flour
?250 ml of sunflower oil and 250 ml water
?65 g of cacao and 16 g of baking powder
?1 tea spoon salt
?1 tea sp of cornstarch / 1 tea sp of vanilla extract
Recipe
?Preheat the oven (180°Celsius).
?Get a bowl and mix the the following ingredients: sugar, cornstarch, flour, baking powder, cacao and salt.
?Add the water and stir it until it the water has been absorbed.
?Add the oil and the vanilla extract
?Grease the cake pan with sunflower oil and pour in the batter. If you use an 20x20 cm cake pan, bake it for 45 minutes; if you have a larger cake pan, bake it for 30 minutes.

?Butter or margarine (250 g)
?Sugar (200 g)
?Wheat flour (3-4 cups)
?Baking powder (1 tsp)
?Vanilla (1 pinch)
?Sour cream (200 g)
?Salt (1 pinch)
Filling
?Berries (cherry fresh, jam, canned or frozen – 500-600 g)
?Starch (1 tbsp)
Cream
?Sour cream (fat and thick – 500-600 g)
?Sugar (200 g)
Decoration
?Walnuts (peeled – 100 g)
?Dark chocolate (100 g)
Recipe
?Melt the butter and pour it into a large bowl. Add sugar, baking soda and 1 cup sour cream and mix well.
?Add the flour and knead the dough with your hands. The dough must be soft, but shouldn’t stick to your fingers. Add some more flour if necessary.
?Chill the dough for 30 min.
?Take the dough out of the fridge and form 10 equal balls. Take one of the balls and roll it out so that you get a long strip of dough. Put cherries one by one in the middle of the strip and seal the dough. Repeat the procedure with the rest of dough. It is important to make all cherry rolls equal lengths.
?Preheat the oven. Place 10 cherry rolls on a baking sheet and bake at 390F (200C for 20 min or until golden brown. Let cherry rolls cool completely.
?Combine sour cream and sugar and whip the mixture until sugar dissolves.
?Put four cherry rolls one next to the other on a large dish. Pour some cream over them. Then put three cherry rolls on top of the first layer so that they cover the gaps between the rolls of the first layer. Cover the second layer with the cream. Put two more cherry roll on top of the second layer, pour some cream and make the fourth layer out of the last cherry roll. Cover the whole construction with the rest of the cream and decorate with cherries, cocoa powder or chocolate chips.
?Serve immediately or put the cake into the fridge for a couple of hours. In this case the rolls will become soft and the cake will be easier to cut.

Vegetarian lasagna
Ingredients
?8 slices lasagna
?1 zucchini
?3 fresh tomatoes
?Brown beans
?Spinach
?Parmesan cheese
?1 egg
?Mozzarella
?1 garlic
?Pepper
Preparation
?Boil the lasagna slices (don’t forget to add olive oil for boiling)
?Take the slices out and let them cool
?Cut the zucchini and the tomatoes
?Wash the spinach
?Cut the mozzarella into pieces and mix it with the egg in order to make a sauce
?Cook the zucchini, fresh tomatoes, spinach and brown beans together in the pan with garlic and pepper until they are done.
Recipe
?Put 4 lasagna slices on the baking tray
?Put the filling (zucchini, fresh tomatoes, spinach and brown beans) over the lasagna slices
?Put the sauce (mozzarella and egg) on the top of the vegetables
?Cover the whole filling with the other 4 lasagna slices and add some parmesan cheese
?Put the lasagna into de oven (200 °C) and wait until it is ready!

?Smash the avocado on the bread slices
?Cut the tomato and the mozzarella and put them on the bread slices
?Add some oregano

Yoghurt cake
Ingredients
?1 yoghurt of 125g
?Flour
?Sugar
?Oil
?3 eggs
?Baking powder
Recipe
?Preheat the oven (180°)
?Mix 3 eggs and yoghurt
? Add 2 pots of sugar and mix the ingredients
?Add 2 pots of flour and mix the ingredients
?Add another pot of flour and the baking power and then mix the ingredients
?Add a little bit oil
?Put the mix into a buttered pan and bake for around 30 min. Check without opening the oven
?Let it cool during 5-10 minutes
